We’re hiring a hands-on Web Project Manager who will create template-based WordPress websites, manage data integrations, manage hosting, coordinate with outsourced developers, and bring customers’ visions to reality. You will work as a part of our growing Digital Team, recently recognized as the 25th fastest growing company in Pittsburgh, and collaborate closely with the Digital Accounts team to play a key role in developing and executing our web strategies.
You will be responsible for leading the execution of web projects for clients and have the chance to directly interact with political campaigns, public policy groups, and industry-specific trade organizations to effectively relay their message to the audience. You will build, analyze, and optimize websites and surrounding technology to ensure we are delivering the best possible web presence.
Candidates should have skills in WordPress, Godaddy hosting, SSL management, template manipulation, CSS styling, A/B testing, general HTML practices, e-mail integrations, pixel integration, Zapier, SEO best practices, and other relevant web tools. Additionally, candidates should also have strong communications and organizational skills to be able to work with clients directly to bring their vision to life.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

Creation of WordPress, template-based, websites from start to finish.
Tracking hours and staying within budget
Incorporating brand elements
Working alongside the Accounts Team to generate launch content and copy
Make minor to moderate theme/template adjustments
Find creative ways to display clients talking points on homepages
Quickly and effectively create landing pages to capture e-mail addresses, applicants, pixel data, etc.
Continuously analyze website performance and make performance optimizations
Incorporate SEO best practices on all pages and new content
Manage hosting costs and work alongside the billing department to accurate invoice clients
Make on-the-go, and sometimes emergency, web edits

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in web design, marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field.
2+ Years of web-specific experience
Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
Exceptional data-analysis skills
Experience with WordPress
Experience using social media analytics tools
Experience using landing page creation tools
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
Exceptional time management skills.
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Self-directed and motivated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
