Overview

Liberty HealthShare is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Communications Manager. The purpose of this position is to assist the Vice President in the implementation of a comprehensive organizational marketing strategy. Main responsibilities will focus on the coordination of various components of the marketing plan such as contributing to the publication of internal and external communications; working with internal and external designers and writers. This position is required to supervise the marketing and communications team activities and be responsible for oversight of all projects required for sustained integrity and success of internal and external communication efforts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic thinker capable of fast learning, content audits, cross-departmental collaboration and shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
Maintain the master schedule of marketing and communication projects
Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
Serve as liaison between inside sales, marketing consultants/vendors and LHS Marketing and Communications Department. This will involve the coordination of the design, content, and production for marketing and member recruitment materials.
Oversee the monitoring and development and creation of social media content.
Update and maintain content posted on internal and external channels.
Review and edit organizational publications, such as newsletters, for internal or external audiences.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President marketing and communications.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing and communication environment, preferably with a non-profit
Excellent copy writing and editing skills
Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team leader/player, dynamic, ability to work on own initiative
Very strong relationship management, project management, problem solving, and change management skills
Proven experience in managing and meeting deadlines and budget targets
Ability to manage multiple tasks on tight, concurrent deadlines and operate in a busy, real-time work environment
Dedicated problem-solver with mature outlook
Ability to meet consistent attendance

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or business-related field from and accredited institution.

Preferred Education/Certifications:

Membership in applicable Marketing and Communication organizations and professional development organizations.
