Rex is seeking a Training and Development Program Manager to join our GetDone team. This person will play a key role in scaling our contractor (Pro) base and identifying new productivity/utilization opportunities within the existing Pro base.
GetDone is a tech based property maintenance service that handles everything from logistics to quality assurance. Pre-vetted professionals are chosen to complete the assigned job all via an easy to schedule system. With GetDone, units are turned fast and property managers are able to better utilize their resources to service new tenants.
What you’ll do:
Onboard Pros with high level of expectations alignment
Establish scalable processes to measure and sustain Pro quality through lifecycle
Strong analytical thinking, ability to create, test, and measure results
Establish feedback channels to share product requirements requested by customers
Anticipate issues and find opportunities to replicate and systematize solutions
What you offer:
3+ years of learning and development, training, or operations experience in a high growth company
Naturally possess a high level of compassion and seek to learn the needs of a workforce
Experience in onboarding employees/contractors into a job function and sustainably driving them to high performance levels
Experience in program management and execution of wholistic operations plans
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
