Position Summary:  We are seeking a dedicated Pay Per Click (“PPC”) Specialist with an understanding of Salesforce experience. Must have working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager as well as social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). The PPC Lead should be motivated by a sense of personal accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional quality. The team player should be able to diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions. Must have experience managing a 6 figure monthly budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily oversight (in partnership with agency) of paid search, shopping, display and retargeting campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis (in conjunctions with the SEO team)
Ability to create ads, build negative keyword lists, create campaigns based on day parting, geo targeting, device segmentation, etc.  Work with acquisition team on conversions.
Creates UTM tracking links with precision and maintains tracker
Continual optimization of campaigns in alignment with performance goals
Audit existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategy and elements to identify new opportunities to improve performance, goals, and KPI’s
Continually research, evaluate and test campaign structure and elements (e.g. creative, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to compile campaign assets and communicate creative requests (e.g., landing pages, videos, etc.)
Establish and track goals, perform deep-dive performance analysis and create monthly report of findings.
Cultivate and maintain positive agency relationships by scheduling monthly calls, communicating professionally, and promptly responding to emails and questions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising/Advertising or related field of study
Google Certification required.
3 – 5 years of related work experience
Experience managing ad campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Facebook, Instagram, (social), etc.
Experience curating creative ads, tone of voice, value proposition, and messaging across multiple segments.
Experience tracking, measuring, and assessing performance across multiple campaigns.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center and Google Tag Manager.
