On Site – Order Management Associate (Remote Not Available)
The Order Management Associate will be working closely with all aspects of the production process on a daily basis. The Order Management Associate is responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately processed, tracked, and executed in adherence with company standards and customer expectations. The Order Management Associate will perform a number of duties in the assurance of optimal workflow to include multiple reports and audits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Run daily production reports via MRP process in SAP.
-Analyze discrepancies in production/sales reports to identify problems and establish solutions. Identify data issues causing discrepancies.
-Audit sales order imports from sales team for order accuracy.
-Work with Inventory, Production, and Fulfillment, and Sales to troubleshoot issues/obstacles in daily workflow and/or sales orders.
-Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
-Analyze past, present, and future conditions to proactively plan for any workflow altering events.
-Willingness to learn SAP, ShipStation and advanced Excel skills.
-Willingness to work early morning hours beginning at 5:00 am to prepare the MRP on specific days of the week.
-Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal

-Up to date knowledge of all product offerings and sales programs.
-Typically a 75/25 split between office/desk time and time on the production floor.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
-This is a full time position. Standard operating hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Some work days will begin at 5:00 a.m.
