Marketing Operations Manager, REDCON1 Recovery
REDCON1, the fastest growing sports nutrition brand in history has expanded into cutting-edge recovery, rejuvenation, and wellness with REDCON1 Recovery.
The Marketing General Manager role will sit within the Marketing team and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The Marketing Ops Manager is responsible for managing all marketing initiatives related to creative, ad trafficking, and creative performance. You will project manage requests with REDCON1’s internal agency who based on your creative briefs will create and deliver assets, videos, and web development.
Day to day, the Marketing Ops Manager will manage several ongoing projects as they move through the project pipeline optimizing workflows in Asana, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Google Ads, and various creative tools.
This role will also be responsible for managing elements of our content marketing pipeline, including briefing and copy editing new content marketing pieces.

MARKETING | Work closely with REDCON1 Recovery’s Operational Manager and REDCON1 CMO to design marketing initiatives with the ability to tactically deploy campaigns
MARKETING | Own key performance indicators such as sales, NPS, P&L and other financial metrics
MARKETING | Possess outstanding research, analysis, and writing skills and all around champion the brand
MARKETING | Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to deliver key business outcomes
MARKETING | Approach complex business problems in a structured way and drive rapidly towards insight with a strong business acumen
MARKETING | Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details
MARKETING | Evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels (email marketing, SMS, referral, and lead capture) and turn learnings into actionable next steps to build out a robust CRM integrated marketing program
MARKETING | The ability to read and develop marketing strategies based on consumer RFM score
LEAD GENERATION | Extensive knowledge and ability to build and test lead generation funnels from cold lead to consumer
PAID MEDIA | Expertise in paid media buying across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, DSPs, etc
WEB DEV | The ability to make minor text / image updates within a WordPress environment
SALES | Use a sales oriented mindset to manage customer requests and order generation
SALES | Live and breathe a Customer First mindset
FUNNEL ARCHITECTURE | The ability to leverage in-house tools to wireframe full campaign funnels and articulate the needs and deadlines to REDCON1’s internal agency
CONTENT MARKETING | Be prepared to become a ‘fitness recovery expert’ – open to learning new concepts, adept at remembering details, quick on your feet with accurate recall of key information
BRAND MARKETING | Oversee the brand’s direction across multiple functions including brand, product, marketing, operations, customer support and many others
CRM | Familiar with tech stack that include Klaviyo and MindBody
CRM | Develop test ideas, analyze, iterate, and report on tactical testing
CRM | Keen eye for data, must be able to identify trends from channels, ideate and innovate to optimize process, scale and drive campaign efficacy
CRM | Keeps retention top of mind by creating opportunities and options for customers interested in churning
PROJECT MANAGEMENT | Maintain regular, formulaic standards for project timelines and asset launch
COMMUNICATION | Communicate effectively with leadership on trends, feedback, product issues, coaching opportunities, customers needs & any service requests
ANALYTICS | Navigate various data sources to find opportunities in growing or improving a digital business
CRITICAL THINKING | Uncover and search for new business opportunities closely with our data team


MARKETING | Successful track-record developing, executing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests that resulted in an increase in revenue and engagement
MARKETING | Exceptional problem solving, analytical skills and ability to generate innovative insights
MARKETING | Minimum of 4+ years of digital marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC goods/local lead generation
MARKETING | A data-led approach to all key decision making processes
LEAD GENERATION | Solid examples of successful, scalable, and evergreen lead generation campaigns
EMAIL | Have knowledge of email and sms execution & industry best practices
ANALYTICS | Data analysis expertise – Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and data manipulation skills (SQL or R studio experience is a plus, but not required)
ANALYTICS | Strong intellectual curiosity and capacity to constructively question assumptions
ANALYTICS | Solid understanding of user experience, on-site performance, funnel analytics, CRO & A/B testing
