Overview

Data Trust, a dynamic political data organization focused on developing and nurturing top talent focused on center-right leaning advocacy and support, is seeking an Executive Assistant for our President & CEO.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, serving as the primary point of contact both internally and externally. The Executive Assistant should enjoy working within a smaller organization that is politically focused. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external requests of the CEO
Manage executive calendar, prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Organize meetings, to include scheduling, IT needs, catering, and day of support
Email management, monitoring emails to ensure high priority emails are responded to in a timely fashion, drafting correspondence and responding on behalf of the CEO
Provide administrative assistance, such as note-taking in meetings, drafting memos and presentations, and preparing communications on behalf of executive
Project management to ensure crucial company projects stay on track to meet target deadlines
Coordinate travel arrangements, categorize expenses and complete expense reports

About You:

Trustworthy and possess the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
A people person with a positive can-do attitude who knows how to build relationships with others
You love being part of a team, but can operate independently with little to no guidance
Ability to work with a broad range of people including other President & CEOs of major clients, Board members, vendors, and junior support staff

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an office administration role preferred
Proficiency with G-Suite Mail and Calendar, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom and Dropbox
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills that can operate in a sometimes high-pressure fast-paced environment while not losing attention to detail
Flexible to work hours as dictated by the needs of the business
