We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Customer Support team who will be on the front lines helping campaigns best utilize our platform. WinRed takes support very seriously and we strive to provide quick and informative solutions for whatever challengers our customers are facing. In this role you’ll be the primary line of defense for over 2,500 campaigns and organizations using our platform.
This role is remote and based in your region (West, East, or Central United States)
Success within the First Six Months

Become knowledgeable about the product and be able to speak fluently about its functionality externally.
Learn how our customers use the platform and gain an understanding of WinRed’s role in their marketing program.
Start to build relationships with our customers in the western part of the country.
Successfully troubleshoot problems for our customers providing quick and timely responses and their donors through Intercom.
Dive into customer onboarding and become an expert on how accounts go live.
Develop excellent task management skills to ensure timely completion of customer requests


Being the first line of communication for WinRed customers
Providing product feedback for continuous improvement of the platform
Helping customers effectively use new features and services
Escalating queries and concerns to WinRed’s engineers
Working with multiple teams and departments to find solutions to common issues
Onboarding and offboarding WinRed accounts
Supporting Donor Support Center Operations


0-2 years of experience, preferably with previous work in politics or on a campaign
Incredible listening and organizational skills
Marketing platform experience (email, CRMs, landing page builders, etc)
Experience with Revv or WinRed a big plus
Experience with Intercom or other customer support tools a big plus
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a ‘get-it-done’ attitude
Ability to work flexible hours
Technical proficiency
Must be located in the Western, Eastern, or Central United States. Your work hours will be based on your region.
