You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics — how to pull, read, interpret, and leverage data, and how to make those numbers grow
You’re a data nerd, but you also know how to speak in layman’s terms, including translating complex concepts into meaningful action items for others
You thrive when you’re constantly testing in pursuit of optimizing KPIs (CR, RPV, GPM, etc)
You’re able to think strategically, including prioritizing work and effort based on impact to the business
You juggle several high-stakes projects at a time without breaking a sweat
You advocate for ideas you believe in, backing them up with results and data
You’re a proactive problem-solver, finding ways to work around speed bumps, keep projects on target, and turn challenges into opportunities
You’re an optimizer; you avoid making the same mistake twice
You like people — you work collaboratively in a fast-paced group of high-performers
You’re comfortable managing outside vendors and keeping them accountable to goals
You take pride in helping the team be successful
