The Daily Wire is searching for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our Ad Revenue team in Nashville, Tennessee!
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize performance for our Daily Wire advertising partners, with a heavy emphasis on podcast advertising copy management. This is a critical role within the organization where you’ll be given the support and tools to be a true consultant to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This is an opportunity for someone with a customer-focused attitude who wants to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in various aspects of the audio and digital advertising space.
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of campaigns for Daily Wire advertising clients. Success will come from making yourself an expert in your clients’ needs, goals, and challenges. Then, crafting and optimizing campaigns that satisfy those needs, exceed those goals, and combat those challenges. You will oversee the launch and ensure high performance of those campaigns, providing regular feedback to your clients and internal stakeholders. You will also oversee all podcast advertising copy, ensuring the copy is launched and optimized for success throughout the life of the campaign. As your campaigns wrap up, you will communicate their value to your clients and provide recommendations for renewal and/or new opportunities to grow the partnership.

Campaign Management

Partner with Ad Revenue team to brainstorm, manage, and deliver ad campaigns across Podcast, Web, Email, and YouTube
Manage launch of top tier campaigns, in addition to ongoing delivery and campaign maintenance
Deliver cohesive reporting and analysis as it relates to optimizations and ad performance
Perform other duties as assigned such as advertiser case studies

Podcast Advertising Copy Management

Manage all ad copy that is delivered from our agencies and clients

Optimize before it is sent to the talent for the first read and optimize throughout the campaign by partnering with production and the agency/client

Ensure ad copy is scheduled and filed for production in a timely manner
Participate in all on-boarding calls between agencies and talent to capture the priorities of the client and ways to improve copy
Research our audience statistics, behavior, and trends in order to tailor copy recommendations that will resonate with the Daily Wire audience
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)
5+ years previous professional experience in audio and digital advertising, with experience in podcast advertising copy or copy writing
A passion for audio and digital strategy and delivering results for advertising partners
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and an eagerness to further refine and develop these skills
A highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team focused organization
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented environment
Strong team player attitude and belief in the power of teamwork
Experience working within CRMs, Order Management Systems, ad servers and other digital media tech systems
Proficient in Microsoft suite including excel and PowerPoint
G-suite proficiency

Reports to: Director of Ad Revenue
Start date: Immediate
Employment type: Full-time; Exempt
Compensation: $70K-$80K
