Parler is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to own and drive all marketing for both the Parler app and the Parler.com website. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a critical member of the executive team. The CMO will build and manage the marketing team across paid acquisition, SEO/ASO, lifecycle marketing, and media buying. The CMO will also be tasked with growing out the brand, brand image, and brand consistency across all mediums. You will spearhead and support the marketing strategy within a high-velocity environment. Additionally, the CMO will partner closely with colleagues in product, engineering, and sales so cross-functional collaboration is critical to success in this role.

Create the marketing vision and integrated strategy including all touchpoints, such as paid acquisition, SEO, ASO, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing
Define and drive an integrated growth model that acts as the backbone of our strategic approach to marketing
Implement best practices for experimentation frameworks, analysis, and reporting methodology
Manage and grow vendor relationships and develop integrated solutions across all performance marketing channels search, social, third-party networks, and programmatic
Drive lifecycle marketing efforts across push, chat, in-app modal, and e-mail to retain and re-engage users working with lifecycle team
Drive personalization efforts of lifecycle communications in partnership with product, design, data science and business intelligence.

Experience We Are Looking For:
Demonstrated B2C technology experience in a growth role – likely you’re coming out of a major digital brand, website, or app company
Appreciation for the value of data but an understanding as to where the data stops being helpful
Ability to work frugally within p conditions
Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis
Developed company’s core paid channels, as well as all processes, policies and procedures
Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing – SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, affiliate
Advanced knowledge of marketing automation across acquisition and retention
Proven ability to coach and grow talent and organizational capabilities
Preference for experience with marketplace products and platforms
