Overview

The Advertising Operations Coordinator will act as an overall extension of the Ad Operations + Ad Sales teams. This role will support the sales team’s daily operations, multi-platform campaign development, and overall client-relationship management. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player and is able to multi-task many different responsibilities and assignments. S/he must possess strong communication, organizational, and independent strategic-thinking skills and must be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Assist with sales lead development, sales materials & presentations, proposals & recaps, etc.
Support campaign activation to ensure all platforms deliver according to order specifications
Traffic ad schedules and creative assets
Review, test, and QA ad creative
Generate contracts, order confirmations and reports related to the sales team’s activities
Analyze current work-flow processes and modify as needed to increase team productivity
Ensure order constraints and expectations are clearly communicated to necessary teams
Provide administrative and/or process support for contract administration and order history/reporting on a regular, consistent basis
Work with various internal and external teams to onboard clients, troubleshoot technical errors, resolve data discrepancies and optimize campaigns
Produce reports on campaign performance to enable decision making on strategy
Provide campaign transparency through prompt responses to client requests, e.g., spot times, creative specs.
Assist with the scheduling coordination of last-minute orders/revisions
Help with special projects
Collaborate effectively with account managers, production team, finance team and external partners

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Work Experience

College graduate to 1-2 years of related experience
High preference for media, marketing or agency background
